why increase rent when there is no updates, pool is not open. I felt when I first moved in that we were not first class but sure not low class, now I feel like we pretty close to that. Not sure what has changed but you can't say that you want to make rent comparable when the grounds, buildings and staff are not comparable. RecommendedI have lived here for 25+ years and have always been happy with the apartment and service.
There is not enough parking for tenants and then you get told by Caitlyn you can park in front of you place all to get a letter stating they will tow it! You pay a lot for these places all to not have parking! There isn’t any parking at all today a Monday night this is bull crap!
RecommendedLived here a month and am so far loving it. Very nice quiet place to live with my son. :) the apartment is super spacious for us.
