As of December 31st we had 30 days to renew or move out. I told them we were going to renew on the 30th, yet we didn't get a copy of their new lease to review until January 11th - and leaving after having a chance to review the lease would have resulted in a astronomical month to month rate plus a month to month fee. Horrible management, they are so sad snd desperate they tell their employees to write a review to make sure they are the perfect community, you have to be careful with Todd, Dana, and Amanda, I’ve never ever we got our son our because they fake and misinterrupt the actual move out process we’ve seen her favor other people in order to stay friends with certain families.
