Run, Run, Run, as fast as you possibly can from this place. I lived at this place for 4 years. The first year was ok, as rent prices were affordable. then boom, they raised the rent for a 1bdrm to 1500 a month. What? not even close to worth what you get here. Maintenance issues always. Either there was heat issues, water issues. Gas leaks, roach issues. The laundry rooms never work. Horrible neighbor issues. Maintenance man was super kinda and helpful! Our issues were taken care of with ease
