I was told to set up a payment plan and I emailed the paralegal multiple times asking how and when we could do that. No response. I got an email that if a payment wasn’t made by a certain date I would be dropped, I made a payment was ensured I’d be fine and emailed the receipt to Lancaster & her paralegal. Now in 10 days out from a hearing and I got an email that I was dropped. Writing another 1-star review because it was at 2.9 but apparently rounded her up to 3 stars. this is a 1-star lawyer folks don't hire her.
wrote a Birdseye review here's my google review. Amanda Lancaster is not worth the $400 an hour she charges, more like $10 an hour on a good day. She's horrible at responding in a timely manner and comes to court unprepared. DO NOT HIRE HER trust me there's better options. if not represent yourself or file your paperwork yourself, she's good at missing deadlines. I also believe she stole money from us because she refuses to send us accurate statements with timestamps and or dates. Horrible Review for a horrible lawyer.
Horrible fucking lawyer excuse my english. refused to send us an accurate statement bill. overall she missed deadlines came to court un prepared waste of fucking money for how much she charges its insanity to hire her. wouldn't reccomend represent yourself.
I was very disappointed with my family working with Amanda Lancaster. In my opinion, I did not feel Amanda supported or well-represented throughout my families case. Communication felt slow and unclear, and we often left meetings feeling confused about what was happening and what the next steps were. I personally did not feel that my concerns my family had were taken seriously or that we received the level of guidance we expected.
