They racked up a bill doing "research" that I never saw or was given. Then they dropped me right before the case went to court, making that research useless. I was passed from kne lawyer to another, requiring more paid time for them to "get up to speed". This is seriously unethical and wasted my money. Calls and emails go largely unanswered.
