Great beer, nice atmosphere!
I lived in Anchorage for 18 years - but moved "outside", as the Alaskan expression goes, before Turnagain Brewing opened. I recently returned and discovered them after a lovely hike on the Campbell Creek Trail just past Taku Lake. And wow, their "Atlantic Haze" IPA immediately became my new fave IPA! I enjoyed it in their small but charming tasting room and returned the next day by car to pick up some bottles to bring back to my current California home. Drinks were good, the place would’ve been a lot better if the bartender wasn’t rude. Do not recommend if the older lady is serving. Gave a lot of attitude for no reason.
