RecommendedTwo weeks I was involved in a car accident and I knew who to take my vehicle to. This is my second time taking my car to Gerber and I knew they would be great. I'm amazed with the service. ***Warning Volvo & Import Owners*** I took my 2008 Volvo v70 to Gerber when someone backed into the right side of my car. We had to have both right side doors replaced. When picked up my car, I noticed the airbag symbol was lit up on the dash, but I was tired and just wanted to go home. I called the next day, told them what was happening, and they had me bring it in again. Great Job. Kept me up to date on the repairs and was ready 2 weeks early. After a truck going under a low bridge pulling a mobile home, really made a mess of my car. Good as new.
My 2016 Jetta was originally dropped off at the Mooresville location on December 22 for a driver side door dent. The experience was easy and professional. The following week on December 27, I received notification that my car would be finished by 4 pm on January 4 as it was transferred to the Concord location to expedite things. I had a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision & Glass, Chris Reed did an amazing job on my car, you can tell he truly cares about his work because it shows. The staff was great on keeping me up to date on the status of my car. I highly recommend them if you need any body work done.
