Kicking people out for no reason. No ac in the place and most of the people ik that lived there think of him as a slumlord. By rights this place should be closed down because of mold in bathrooms and not letting people have guest over. He making it like a jail. Plus he has kicked people out that went to the health department about the bed bug issue that has spread through out the house. Wish this place would close down for good.
I needed a place to stay for a few months and they had the best rent in town. The rooms were small and I had to share facilities with other tenants, but it was clean warm and quiet
