2020 new ownership, now Red Dot storage. New owners have made many upgrades, and response time has been excellent.
From my personal experience with the 8 storage units i rent this facility FLOODS and does not give multi-unit discounts, no insurance for flooding and the drain still isn't fixed but they have new lights, building numbers and a remodeled office...now I have roof leaks in multiple storage units and have lost many items from being damaged from the leaking roof. I have told the manager multiple times and no response and no compensation. I am doing my best to sell most of my items so I can move to a better, dry facility
