Absolutely loved living downtown with Summit Property Management. This was until TurnKey took control of the building and started price gouging all tenants without any real improvements. Gave them the benefit of the doubt until they started tenants who have paid rent on time for years with lawyers unless they paid on time through property texts. Which no tenant that pays on time and follows their lease agreements, only the ones who don’t pay should be getting these kinds of text, that are written in a passive aggressive tone... read more
I hope you know someone made a whole Facebook page listing properties here in Evansville and took peoples money. They are representing your name. A person was lost 700 dollars thinking it was a legitimate property to view.
I do not live here, nor have I ever tried. but I'm giving one star for professionalism. Reading through the reviews, as in a management position, it is highly unprofessional to talk about someone's private life. Each person has a right to there own experience, and how they feel about a company. But for a manager to air out personal information about a tenant is highly unprofessional.
