I've lived in the same apartment complex for about 3 years, within the last year and a half or so ownership of the complex was turned over to Turnkey management and Turnkey was an apt name for the company because management became hands off in the worst ways. They moved the office to a secondary location where you can no longer speak to anyone in person, and now it's a gamble on when anyone will actually even answer a phone. Would never rent from them ever again for so many reasons
Livable, but management is extremely unprofessional. Tenant concerns are often met with rude or argumentative responses, even when the questions are simple or reasonable. It feels like they go out of their way to be difficult. A perfect example of 'you get what you pay for'—they act like they're just working for a paycheck. Parking is a nightmare, especially in the winter. Good luck if it snows.
