I want to start by thanking Turn-key property management for getting me and my girls into our rental as quickly as they did. I appreciate their availability and prompt response to helping me find my home. Desiree has been so kind , helpful and supportive of this stressful process for me. The home I found was an older home so it was understandable that there would be some expected maintenance issues, however after my walkthrough and submitting my concerns Desiree and her team worked promptly to fix and clean up the home in a ... read more
We have used the services of Turn-Key property management for the last 9 years. We currently have several properties under their management. Their attention to detail is what keeps us with them. They communicate frequently have a full team to repair and or address any issues. This is especially helpful for us as we do not live in the area. They have an extensive knowledge about tenant/landlord rules and are extremely ethical. Their response time to my emails have always been within 24 hours, if not sooner.
We purchased a rental property a couple of years ago and hired Turn-Key Property Management to oversee the property. Nicole and her team have been responsive, professional and a delight to work with. Whether you are looking for a place to rent or someone to manage your rental property, I would highly recommend Turn-Key for your property rental needs
They have been a blessing to me. Absolute BEST property management company in town. Stay away from the others because they do not care for their tenants like Turnkey does.
I have had Turnkey Mgnt. manage my triplex in Paso for 20 years. In all that time they have always been the most professional and caring group of people. They keep on top of every detail and regularly communicate on new laws, issues, upkeep , rents…etc. Trustworthy, helpful, quick to fill vacancies with qualified applicants, I can’t speak highly enough about this crew. I ran a sizable business for 38 years and my hat’s off to the managers and employees of Turnkey. Thanks for being great ✨ Stan T.
