Terrible!!!! You can never reach them and nothing works!!!! Do not rent from them!!! Toilet doesn’t work, bath tub is over flowing with backed up sewer water - water wasn’t turned on when we moved in and had to wait three days for water - no A/C and it’s taking them weeks to get a unit - I’m OVER this!
I’ve never rented from a property management company before and now understand why people warn against them. When my ONLY toilet stopped working over a weekend my maintenance request wasn’t addressed until Monday, forcing me to pay a plumber out of pocket that Saturday. We were helping someone we know find a rental in meridian. Lisa was such a rock star. She helped them find a house they loved and worked with them through the process. She went above and beyond. If every agent they have, puts as much heart into find someone a home as Lisa, I wouldn't ever look elsewhere or recommend any other company!!!
