We listed our home for a vacation rental service through Turn Key. They pretty much rob you of any profit what so ever. On our first booking we owed them $67.00. The repeatedly charged for random items in a fully stocked home such as propane and towels even though there were 40 something brand nee towels and hand towels un-opened in our closets. During our stay at a Turnkey home, we were very disappointed with our visit we drove hours to arrive at a house with an algae infected pool we spent hours on the phone to contact the company for them to tell us they couldn’t do anything. Lights weren’t working neither was the microwave finally they canceled without a word our reservation and left us with no home to stay at.
