They purposely lied to us out of spite and left us with no AC for now 6 days. Probably the most disrespectful unprofessional HVAC employees you will ever come in contact with. Still have no AC and still they keep pushing back the repair saying lack of communication on our end but really it's lack of communication and respect on their end.
Air conditioner has been out for a week my landlord insist on using this company. Service is garbage. I really wish I could give no stars. Still no air
I live in Alabama my neighbor air was put in by Turn key and in the mist they cut my wires. I had to go 2weeks til last Friday morning. I understand they didn’t want to except the responsibility but my air stopped once my neighbor air got fixed.. got a upper respiratory infection and had to go to Emergency Room and my primary care physician yesterday ,.
