Hired Turn Key Cleaning for a deep clean based on their great reviews from another site. I am so glad we went with them. They did a phenomenal job. We were blown away by the attention to detail, professionalism and the overall great customer service from everyone there we dealt with (the owner for the quote and the cleaner). She showed up on time (early even!) and really went above and beyond expectations. Everything was spotless by the time she left. I would not hesitate to recommend Turn Key. I have used Turn Key now for over a year and they are the real deal. They are thorough, punctual and professional. Rebecca delivers consistent and excellent service and works around my busy schedule without issue. I would give 10 stars for this local company who put the customer first. Keep up the great work!
We were moving out of a small ranch rental in Noblesville and in to our new home. The rental company required a DEEP clean before move out (a bit unusual to us) so we called Turn Key and instantly received a quote over the phone. We sent them the rental company's deep clean check list and they took care of the rest. Did the whole house, walls to moldings, appliances to drawers in 1 day. Price was extremely fair and they were very thorough. Got every penny of the deposit back. Would hire again.
We have been constantly impressed by everything Rebecca and her team has done! From our pre-move in cleaning to our weekly needs. Turn Key has exceeded everything and anything we asked for and more!! Going so far as putting away things they realized we were too busy to attend to. As people who are used to doing everything themselves, Rebecca and her team work with you to reassure that your home is well CARED for in a manner that continues your attention to detail. 10/10 cannot recommend high enough!!!!
