Very Disappointed in Tod Schmick and Turn Key Auto Sales in Oshkosh, WI. I tried to purchase 2018 Infiniti Q50 Hybrid LUXE JN1AV7AR0JM540019 from him. We agreed upon the price, payment method and the condition of the vehicle. He was very supportive and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, you can't please them all! Especially Mr. Hakimov who is searching for a used vehicle in brand new condition, ar a price lower than wholesale. We will not debate the issue on social media, but just know that this customer was aware based on the numerous pictures and prior conversations. He said it himself, "we agreed upon the price, payment method, and condition of the vehicle". There were no surprises here. RecommendedEveryone there is extremely helpful and friendly. Reasonable pricing and great service. They do take care of their customers. We've also purchased a vehicle from them and are extremely pleased.

Great experience! I recently bought an f150 and felt like they were not pushy and excited to sell me a vehicle. I plan on buying my next vehicle here already.
We bought a preowned 2011 Ford Edge, had several issues including we found out the motor has been replaced, a bad rubber brake line that shouldn’t have passed inspection which almost cause us a car accident, we talked to the owner, he said oh yah it was replaced and gave us no reason why. Said he can’t keep track of everything on his lot, also the sunroof quit working, he stated it worked when you left. Offered no help with any of our issues. Stay away if you need a dependable vehicle!!
