I have known the people who manage this agency for the past 20 years.The couple who owns Turn-Key Associates is highly respected in the community and has been affiliated with charities and giving back to LB for way longer than I've known them. They are honest, fine people and their agents are delightful and highly knowledgeable. I'm not sure why someone would write such a negative comment...perhaps she works as their competition in some capacity or knows others agents she is trying to promote over in Laguna Beach or in SoCal... read more
BEWARE!!! Do not rent from this business. When my son moved out of one of their apartments in Dana Pot a handyman list of about 50 things that needed to be done. They were all bogus, made-up jobs. I should have taken photos when it was vacated. They had my money so why not make some extra with false claims. BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!
