Absolutely LOVE these classes!!! I have finally found a workout program where I have stayed motivated and have seen results. I feel stronger than I have ever felt!! U will never leave without breaking a major sweat and burning tons of calories!! Shauna is amazing and will have u doing things u never thought u could!! (Bear crawls & box jumps). I love that my husband & I can workout together and our kids can come with us. We are setting an example of healthy living for them that will last forever.
I’ve been about 4 times now and I believe I’m hooked! Shauna is great and I love that the workouts have plenty of variety.

Seriously...get there and work out! The space is fantastic and well equipped. Shauna is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She can modify to all abilities and you will get a great all over head to toe workout! Dazz is pretty cute too!
Definitely the best hour to start my day! I saw major results by the 5th session, more energy, lost lbs., strengthened muscles which meant no more aching back and neck, and a personal trainer so I don’t have to think of what exercise I need to do. Love it!!
