Everything was super delicious and flavorful except the dabeli. It tasted bad because the amount of garlic added in. It was smushy/soggy and extremely garlicky. The peanuts weren’t crunchy/fresh and seemed like it had caught moisture. All in all - The service was exceptional. Couldn’t take pics of other delicious dishes we ordered before dessert because we were blown away by the taste! Got aam panna, Hara bara kabob, dahi puri, gobi Manchurian, dabeli, malai methi paneer, dal tadka and moong halwa.
If you love Gujarati food, you definitely need to try Turmerica by Tanvi Modi. I’ve been here several times, and every time I come, I really enjoy the Gujarati food. What I like most is that the flavors remind me of home-cooked Gujarati food. That real ghar jevo swad is not easy to find, and I always look forward to coming back. it was my 1st time in coming to this restaurant,with lot of good reviews heard from my friends and the service was below the standards the servers , didn't have any kindness , we ordered food n then had to request bigger table as we had friends join us.. they were kind enough to give us bigger table as they would receive gratuity.. but they forgot the service which needs to be given for it.. we were asked to move our plates , the food which was just served to the new table on our own.. as if it was the QSR and not a premium ... read more
