I would like to report a concern regarding an employee’s conduct. During my visit, I overheard an employee Vannessa Tafolla discussing using ChatGPT to help diagnose patients. This raised concerns for me because medical diagnoses should be based on a licensed healthcare provider’s clinical judgment, appropriate evaluation, and evidence-based medical practices.
Unprofessional, Worker named Vanessa was very rude. Unhelpful terrible work ethic. I would like to file a complaint regarding the unprofessional behavior of an employee. During my interaction, the employee was disrespectful, dismissive, and did not conduct themselves in a professional manner. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the employee’s attitude made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I was a patient for about a month, and i truly enjoyed my experience every visit i had. The girls in the front office were very polite friendly and most of all professional. Christian was very professional and listened to any concerns i had. He makes you feel like you matter, that youre not just another chart to go over. They really take the time to listen and take care of you. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone needing wound care.
