I’ve had a very disappointing experience with TID. After my bank experienced fraud three separate times in one month, I had to update the account I was using for my auto payments. Because of this disruption and being one day late on a bill, TID placed me on a “cash-only” status for 12 months meaning I now have to physically go into their office to pay my bill. Derick cruised by for a turn off, ring unlock, and turn on today. Second time I have delt with him. Very professional. Deserves a raise, praise, and some off days.

It was a real shame to hear just how DISRESPECTFUL the customer service rep. BOBBIE was to my grandmother on the phone. Wow Bobbie is obviously burnt-out and does not even treat the elderly like they should be treated. My grandmother is very kind and mannered, so there is no excuse whatsoever for Bobbie's RUDENESS. I had the conversation on speaker phone and was able to hear the whole incident from start to finish.

it's the worst company... before i moved to modesto i lived in menlo park. I was there with pg&e for 35 years and I never had any problems... and with this TID company in the first year I had some problems... I will never be as good as pg&g... ..
