I called your office 3x today with an urgent need, only to be put off ea. & every time, by staff requesting I “call back” by comments like how many faxes you all have to go through or whatever. Now it’s 5:45pm Fri evening, & I have to wait until Monday morning. ~Lovely~

why have an appt if you still have to wait 45minutes in waiting room?
Too long waiting, with an appointment they made and still waiting. Why the hell do they need you weight for a freaking ultrasound??? How insensitive if you!
Would have rated much higher as the staff are WONDERFUL! Very patient and professional. However, they have a bit of a problem with patient records. Sometimes when you request a CD of images of a procedure done, the CD doesn't copy and they don't notice so you get to the appointment and the CD is blank so now you need to reschedule. Stuff happens, we all know that, however, when you know this happens, please take a minute and double check everything is correct.
A wonderful & caring facility, just wish we didn't have to be here, hope we find something out today!��
