Greedy. They don't sympathize with families needs. Some families barely have money to pay for a funeral but they don't care. I often make slide shows for families free of charge to help them in their time of need. I've made dozens that have played successfully at this funeral home. NOW they have a policy of "no outside productions". They charge $250 for 50 photos...this is money that could be used in a more important area such as burial, etc. I tried to advocate for a family and let the funeral home know I am very experience... read more
