The refrigerated part of the fridge stopped cooling and the temperature in the fridge rose to over 55 degrees. Also, the light in the fridge wouldn’t turn off when the fridge doors were shut, so it melted part of the lining in the fridge. The freezer portion of the fridge still operates properly. Turlington told us that they won’t have it fixed because it could cost a few hundred dollars to diagnose and fix the issue. If I could give this agent a rating it would be a zero. we have spent all week preparing to come see one of her listings and we drove 3 hours all the way from Charleston South Carolina and our buyer's agent scheduled an appointment for us to see it today. She presented an offer to the seller before even checking with our agent to see if we wanted to put an offer in. she has absolutely no respect towards other agents and no common courtesy towards people who spend their precious time making appointments to view properties.

Jeremy Tyndall with Turlington Real Estate Group helped us purchase our first home in May of 2015. He was beyond awesome.
