All the apartments are dilapidated, poor water quality, cheap owners. You can smell the mold. Roaches running in parking lot near cars as well.
Excellent experience so far. My apartment is totally renovated, the community is quiet and safe. Highly recommend.
Place is a dump, should be bulldozed to the ground. Infested with roaches & termites. Cabinets, floors, everything falling apart, wood rotting. Just to name a few things. Good luck getting any help from maintenance.
