Absolutely outstanding Turkish cuisine! Just a few steps from the University of New Haven, this restaurant exceeded every expectation. The portions are truly huge, the flavors are authentic and incredibly delicious, and the service is exceptional — fast, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. As someone who really knows Turkish food, I can confidently say this place serves some of the best and most authentic dishes you’ll find in the area. This Lahmacun has almost no meat on it, just ridiculous to use almost no ground beef in a place where it cost next to nothing.
We live in Westport, we drove the distance because my Turkish friend recommended the place and it was my son's 16th birthday dinner, so very special for him.
