DON'T order from them online ! ! ! I ordered a birthday gift and paid US$36 to get it to Canada in a promised 3-5 days. I gave them 5 business days, it didn't arrive. Only ON day 3 did it leave them, all they did before that was 'create' a Pick Up for USPS..... I emailed them 3x and have yet to hear anything ! ! Birthday has come and gone and I went without a gift... Never, Never, NEVER again, even if they 'were' the greatest.,, Ugh and NON existent customer service, appalled. . .
