Great Experience for the kids and my wife and I. We all had a great time.
We went today with our 4 year old and were extremely disappointed. The crowds were absolutely out of control. You could hardly move, better yet actually interact with the different exhibits. The lines for the samples were almost not worth waiting in. I will not return or recommend this to anyone I know.

Took my daughter and niece and had a awesome time. All the employees were so kind a helpful. The young man who drive the shuttle bus was also very nice and a very careful driver. My niece just loved making her own ice cream and eating it also. We three had a great day!
I can't even rate this as a Star. There should be a negative Star to rate this. The parking attendants were rude, the parking lot was filthy and The whole experience was horrible and over priced. Not to mention they had 3 bus full of kids in there. Over crowded and this is a fire code violation. It seems as though safety is not one of there concerns. We left and went to Jim Macs Ice Cream and we had a great time there. All Jim Macs Ice Cream is Homemade and way better than Turkey Hill.
Horrible! Over priced and mean employees! Will not be going back! Don't spend your hard earned money on an experience that should be free!
We had so much fun! We created our own ice cream and carton and even made a commercial! Then went to the lab and made our creation! Oh so delicious and fun for all ages!
