I wouldn't even give it a one star. make your own flavor was sold out so that couldn't be done; high price ticket would have only been a waste; couldn't even only buy one flavor if ice cream! and that was Pumpkin Pie we were told to go next door to the convience store. Was told they made ice tea unsweetened' no lemon but again they didn't have at either location. I wouldn't bother to go out my way again.
Making your own ice cream was fun. That's about it. It was like a zoo full of kids let loose by VERY unattentive parents. The staff was amazing but the unruly little Petri dishes running around not being watched was disturbing. I was waiting to hear some parent screaming that they lost their child due to their own negligence. So although Turkey Hill does a great job, people are a fail.
Sooooo much fun! Made our own ice cream in the lab. Some of the most delicious ice cream we've ever had. It was so much fun. Unlimited teas and samples. Awesome! Would love to come back!
It was incredibly chaotic with minimal direction. The technology was down also which means that we weren't able to do the third part of the tour. They did give us a voucher to come back another time to do it, unfortunately, I was visiting from out of state so coming back wasn't an option. However, the ice cream and tea helped make up for it a little bit. Also, the staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable.
Grandkids and Granddad loved the Tasting Lab. Free ice cream and Turkey Hill drinks. What's not to love.

My 4 boys and I went yesterday for my son's 10th birthday and we had a wonderful time. We will go again but with my husband. He will love the ice-cream and tea stations. So fun ��
We went there yesterday 3/25/17 just for a quick tour and free ice cream ...my son had a great time there and next time we want to go back to the lab !!!!
Our grand daughters loved the Turkey Hill Experience, it was fun and informative
