The way it is layed out keeps it open and great if or when not busy. But when busy no one helping those to buy or i have already. To lines for activities. My grandkid got pushed out of the way twice. Activities great and see potential just was a mad house.
It was a great thing to do on a rainy day. The lab was fun and well organized. Loved that they made everyone wash their hands first! Samples were awesome, whatever you wanted to try!. Commercial was cute, very clean, hands on experience, beautiful pictures to explain things, kids loved it! I enjoyed the rocking chairs! Definitely must do activity!
Everyone had a blast making their own ice cream and sampling the tea. The exhibits were great but space was a little narrow made it s little bit difficult to maneuver my double stroller through especially when it was crowded. Would definitely go back.�
Worst experience ever! I do not suggest bringing your family here. We made our reservations, paid for our tickets, and were basically treated like crap. I wish that I could get a refund, because 45 and some change to be treated the way that we were today, just makes it a bigger punch in the gut. I only gave it one star, because there isn't a zero option. STAY HOME FOLKS!
Kids had a blast. Making your own ice cream flavor in the “lab” was a lot of fun. Many of the exhibits are short on space so if it is a day with a lot of visitors it is easy to get separated from your party/children. Very nice staff and great tasting products 👍🏻
What a great place. Very interesting, lots of history & info about a Turkey Hill. Of course, the best part was making & eating your own "flavor"!
We had a great time at the Turkey hill experience .. We went for my daughter birthday. She was very happy making ice cream. Wish they were a lil cheaper. But we will do it when we are in PA. Had fun and loved the ice cream.. Samples and ice tea.

All of us had a great time! The kids loved trying all the different samples. So much to do before and after our taste lab! Even if you don't do the lab there is lots of fun to be had! The taste lab was fun too! A great experience for us all around!
