It was a fun experience! It was hands on and engaging. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was reasonably priced, clean and we got to eat free all you can eat ice cream!
Enjoyed the day... will have to come back with the grandkids
Everyone in our family had a great time and loved it icluding our teenager.
Had fun - as always - but I didn’t like the new remodel - I like the ice cream tasting / making up stairs in the room with all the windows -
Excellent. So much fun. Recommend doing the three scoops tour. You learn so much. I had a blast making my own ice cream flavor.
You definitely need to reserve a spot ahead of time. It wasn’t as fun as I thought that it was going to be but it was still fun
I'm sad to say we were pretty disappointed with our visit today. When we picked up our prepaid tickets, the employee we spoke with was nice, gave us a map and explained how to see things upstairs and then head down for our Tasting Lab. However, the employee who scanned our tickets at the entrance (as well as the man at the tea tasting and the two employees at the ice cream samples) was not very friendly. Had a birthday party for Gracie she is 2 had a terrific time the people were so nice gave so much lots of ice cream lots of pizza very nice day thank you
