This place is really cool. Nice little sanctuary in Palm Bay.
Do not - repeat, NOT - go in this delightful preserve barefooted! There are very cool boardwalks leading to surprises throughout, but they are quite splintery. While you enjoy your walk as much as I did, be sure to keep your hands OFF the railings! Did I say "splintery"?
It is a peaceful, beautiful walk. I love the boardwalk planks with dedications.
We loved going to the sanctuary. The walk was easy (board walk most of the way) the view magnificent and the wild life was everywhere. We saw manatees, turtles, and fish of all kinds.
I enjoy this place. Nice to walk and get quiet time. Dont forget your bottle water.
