About this business
Roy and Chuck opened the doors of our first facility in 1961 in a small processing plant located behind what is now Meadowbrook Trailer court. Then in 1969 they began plans on our current facility. The building was finished in March of 1973. At that time we were strictly a custom beef and lamb processing facility. Over the years we have grown. These guys do a fantastic job! We get half a cow processed here about 3 times a year and have never been disappointed with service or price. Only time we had a small issue, it was taken care of quickly and professionally.
They are so friendly & helpful. Their meat was thick, I will be coming back again & again.
Do not use this processor if you want your meat processed the way you filled out the cut sheet. We took 3 hogs in with 3 separate cut sheets and processing instructions. All 3 hogs were processed the same. The cut sheets were correct, the butcher just didn't follow the instructions on the cut sheets. I took the meat back from hog 2 & 3 to give them an opportunity to correct the issue, hand wrote instructions with each box of meat. Can't show compassion. My niece sent her last show steer to you. Wanted her hide and the tag. Didn't get either one because of the shops mistake. She called leaving to be hung up on 3 times with no apologies... she had to show up to the shop to get an answer but still no apology.great way to ruin her last memories of steer showing.
