Started the process a couple of weeks ago via a phone order for a 1/4 beef. They walked us through the cuts of meat and explained the processing timeline. Picked up the meat yesterday and everyone I dealt with there was super friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience. The communication was excellent both via phone and email.
They have the best steaks !
