I've been in Turin's several times and have always been greeted by friendly salespeople who are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They seem to have everything you could possibly want or need to ride a bicycle! This is the only bike shop that I go to. Like they say, "Once you've found the best, why fool with the rest?"
