Worse experience and they still have done nothing to fix it. 10+ year customer and they treated me poorly.
HHHUUUUUUGE shout out to Dave and James in service. They always go above and beyond and are especially particular, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Troubleshooting my Specialized Fatboy has become more of a quest than just a matter getting the bike in and getting it out and that speaks volumes of how the guys at Turin Bikes operate. Oh and props go out to Ryan in sales too of course. ;-) Thanks guys and keep up the great service.
Absolutely amazing experience! After 20 years with the same bike... I'm sad to end that relationship but, they made the experience great & easy! I'm so excited about my new ride! Fabulous!
Turin is awesome. They really are experts when it comes to bikes. Their mechanics are phenomenal and they don't "cut corners." They have plenty of staff to do job right. They are also honest and trustworthy.
If you love bikes it's impossible not to love this place! If they work on your bike it's going to be done right, if you're just looking for upgrades they have them, and if you want a new bike they have the best!
