Dr. Yetil is very attentive and kind. He patiently answers all my questions. He is very prompt to return to messages. All his staff are very helpful and kind too. Thank you.
The office staff is questionable. I dropped of REQUIRED paperwork to be completed for my insurance. Sadly, the office staff cannot seem to locate it. i have been on hold for over 30 mins waiting on Kaysha to find it. I told her to call the blonde lady i gave it to. She is gone for the day, So, call her!! Surely this warrants a phone call. I made this task as simple as possible for each office; vision, dental & doctor by adding my name & number on the manila folders as well as adding my info on the enclosed paperwork.
