This jewelry shop gets my recommendation for two factors: 1. The store is well-organized, so you can easily find what you are looking for; 2. Staffs are helpful.
It's good, but... – Yes, the jewelry at Turgeon Raine is amazing, something you cannot find anywhere else, with a catch. I went there 14 years ago when I was getting married because I wanted a ring that wasn't like everyone else's. Unfortunately, being young and not jewelry savvy, did not know to ask if they guaranteed their diamonds. They do not. When my diamond broke, there wasn't anything they could or would do for me. I am still wedding ring-less and looking for something as beautiful. However, I will never buy from them... read more
Class All the Way – My fiancee and I shopped for engagement rings at several places - not one of them came anywhere near Turgeon Raine's beauty and craftmanship. Seriously, no comparison. Looking at EE Robbin's after being here was like looking in a kid's jewelry box. The staff was wonderful, gracious and helpful. They were also the only plac... read more
Avoid cookie-cutter jewelry with styles created by local and international designers. – In Short Norman Turgeon and Jerry Raine have been providing Seattle with quality contemporary jewelry for nearly 20 years. Well-heeled salespeople, many of whom are certified by the American Gem Society, are a bit reserved, but avoid the hard sales pitch. Pieces are crafted from a wide palette of materials: white, rose and yellow gold; platinum and mixed metals; natural diamonds with pink, brown and yellow hues.
exquisite. period. – we've been going to turgeon raine for years and their jewelry is the nicest i've ever seen. the designers have THE most elegant eye for stones, design, etc. and while their prices are on the high side, their jewelry is of outstanding quality. i always use Aimee (pronounced em-AY) - she helped design and create my wedding band and i still stare at it *every* day admiring the quality and beauty.
absoloute perfection – I stopped by Turgeon Raine on a shopping trip downtown while on a quest for a watch. I had no idea what I wanted, no idea what was worthwhile to be shopping for, and no idea what I wanted it to look like. The saleslady was *so* helpful and *so* friendly that I didn't even comparison shop. :) I am now the proud owner of several beautiful TR pieces and have found that their customer service and the atmosphere in their store is always of a fantastically high calibre and have never been dissatisfied with a... read more
