HORRIBLE Company installed a system at my house, missed the property line by over 12 feet. Took over 5 months for them to come "fix" the problem, still isn't right. Office staff is rude and threatened to sue me if I didn't pay for the services they incorrectly performed prior to them fixing it. HORRIBLE installation, and PATHETIC customer service.
Buyer Beware Be very sure to know exactly what you want before calling this company. The tech we had was very friendly, but did not provide any guidance on what we needed. So we had more work done than needed, and it sure did cost alot. Called office to ask for at least a reduction in service call FEES. No help. Will never call this company again.
