Oof, what a miserable experience I had with these guys. They are a subcontractor for All Green who we wanted to repair a sprinkler zone in our lawn. They had a guy come out, called me to confirm what I needed, and I let them know to touch bases with me before completing any extensive repairs so I could know what was going on. I never got a follow-up call, never confirmed what was wrong, and then got an invoice for over $300 with no breakdown, and I still had problems with my sprinkler zone! Our historic home had a leak in the irrigation, so we contacted TurfWorx to diagnose further. We had our handyman dig the problem area up in advance, so it would be accessible and visible to any workers coming by. We were quoted a $100 diagnostic fee, plus the cost of any repairs we chose to approve. After their field tech, Zack, inspected the system we were told by a manager, Ryan, the repair would likely cost between $400 and $600 and require replacing the existing leaking valve. We recently inquired with TurfWorx regarding a leak repair. The receptionist took a credit card for a deposit and said they would reach out in the next 1-3 days to schedule an appointment with us. Instead, they showed up completely unannounced at 7:00 AM the next morning. No call, no appointment, no notice, no text. When they were turned away due to not having an appointment, they charged the card $150. Buyer beware. Don't get scammed like us (and if you do or have been, dispute it through your bank).
This was the worst company that I have ever had do anything for me after he got paid he would not answer. Phone wouldn’t text. Told me when he’s gonna be here Monday or Tuesday and he didn’t show up. They left me with my sprinklers not working He was very rude when I did talk to him by text and he just couldn’t tell the truth no matter what
We had some broken sprinkler valves that we asked them to come fix. They did not show up when they said they would, nor did they call to let us know they couldn’t make it. We called back and rescheduled. They did not come during the second appointment either or call letting us know. The following week they showed up with no appointment. The man looked at the valves and said that he doesn’t need to do anything, because it is just loose screws on the valves and I can tighten those myself.
