The worst. From the rotten attitudes at the front desk, to the technicians, to the dirty locker room, I will never be back. I heard this place had gotten better, obviously that was just a rumor. From the other reviews, looks as if I am not alone in receiving poor customer service. Looking for spa referrals now!
Had a wonderful day visit yesterday with a good friend of many years.... had body massage with Vichy shower (aka Car Wash)....new treat for this "newbie" and would certainly do it again. But folks...Suns facial was the best! Can't wait to go back!😍
Everybody was friendly, helpful & the servers were excellent on time with everything , made my bridal shower a beautiful experience 😍😍😍

My daughters, granddaughter and I enjoyed the pool, and the Vichy spray at the spa. I highly recommend treating yourself.
I truly enjoyed my Birthday getaway at Turf Valley Resort! Turf Valley Spa was amazing! From scheduleing my stay to check out, I had great customer service. My massage and facial were both great and very relaxing. Lunch was EXCELLENT! I plan on going back very soon.
Massages were top rate! The therapists get 5 stars. The actual place however is a different story. The relaxation room was more like a dining room with some lounge chairs in addition to the tables and chairs. We could hear kids running and screaming up and down the halls. The locker rooms were soaking wet from floor to ceiling and so were all the toilets from kids running amok. Hubby and I celebrated our birthdays. We got a package of lunch and 2 services. There was a mix up with tones. We couldn't have lunch at the spa. Other than that the services were fantastic. The girls were very nice. 👍 Try the milk and honey body treatment! Soooo good. I have baby soft skin!
