I’m going to start with positives. Very clean, friendly staff. My facial was fantastic! Negatives- freezing cold. They’re not allowed to use warmers in the bed because of Covid (totally fine) but I hate being cold. So the worst part... my massage was awful. I had to wear my mask the whole time. I understand face up but face down is so silly. But I understand, it was a Swedish massage but felt like a deep tissue. It was painful not relaxing. Today my lower back is in PAIN! My girlfriends and I booked the marvelous mini packages to celebrate my "Bachelorette spa day "! What an incredible experience. We were all very pleased and relaxed. My facial with Amy was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the most out of my treatment. The food had a funny taste, but at that point we didn't care because we were all feeling so great. Good job and thanks to all!

Had a girl’s day package with my bestie. Body massage with hot packs and hot towels with aromatherapy...very relaxing. Then I had the best spa service I’ve ever had in my life! A facial with Ona!❤️ She is the best! If you want a truly memorable experience, don’t miss this! Lunch between services was ok, nothing really great. Would have been better with a dessert! I was treating myself, so I wanted to go all out! Overall a very satisfactory experience.
