We scheduled for them to come out every Tuesday since May, however they have only been out twice. The second time we had to call and ask them to come out. They have not been out in a few weeks despite us calling, leaving voicemails, and sending text messages. We have not even gotten a call or text back. They do a good job, if they actually manage to come out as agreed.
