We have been with Turf Technologies for many years. They were awesome until this year. We prepaid in the winter thinking we were helping a small business (we are self employed as well). They have been inconsistent in coming to our home and our lawn looks awful. It’s NEVER been like this. My husband called and asked to speak to someone in charge but we have yet to get a call back. They just came today and fertilized my snow and my leaves....and will bill me 48.00? Nope. Lucky if half was actually applied on my crappy yard.
Turf Tech does awesome work. Great technicians, family owned and an overall awesome place to work. I also have Turf Tech handle pest control at my new house and it's going better than I could have expected. I have a pond on my property and my technician has really knocked down the mosquitoes and made this summer much nicer outside.
