Just called and spoke to Jesse hoping to give him new business. Confirmed the number I called is from this google maps entry showing north fort myers right off i75. He proceeds to tell me he is in Cape Coral and that this google maps entry is 'weird' for showing his number. Tried to educate him on the ability to manage and correct this entry so he does not continue to receive unwanted calls. He laughed hysterically and hung up on me. Jesse’s customer service goes above and beyond. I recently had a baby and haven’t been able to keep up with the weeds in my garden. I asked Jesse to pull them as a one time charge and he offered to take care of them for the next couple months while I heal at no additional fee to my current lawn service. He’s always willing to do extra landscaping when asked and gives a very fair price. His prompt replies and communication is very hard to find when dealing with a lawn care company. I couldn’t recommend Surf and Turf enough!
