Very Bad material and installation. They damaged my water system, and the weed grow through the turf not recommended at all. On top of all above they did not respond and the turf when the son hit it become stretched and wavy.
They came out to measure and I have not heard anything from my sales rep. I went down to the store and picked out turf I like and the guy at the store said he would let the sales rep know so he could get the quote back sooner and still nothing. This is unacceptable to me as it is a simple math equation so many square feet times this equals that. Their excuse after my bad review = high demand, covid, holidays sounds like all of the buzz words today.
I highly recommend turf Revolution to everyone excellent. Amazing customer service great ..competitive pricing . Great amazing selection ..love them...thank you my son's patio looks awesome
They were more than helpful and even gave me tips on how to fix my fake grass.
