THIS COMPANY RIPPED ME OFF. PAID IN FULL FOR 2019 LAWN SERVICE. ONLY GOT 2 APPLICATIONS. KEPT PROMISING TO COMPLETE BUT NEVER DID. HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND FOR REMAINING BALANCE AND NOTHING BUT EMPTY PROMISES. SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE TO GET PEOPLE'S REFUNDS TO THEM. I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS SHADY COMPANY.
I've been a customer for over 3 years and this year I pre-paid for my lawn fertilization over $391 in May. They cashed my check but never have shown up to do my fertilization. I've called 3 times and left messages (no one ever answers the phone) and I've also emailed them through their website. Nothing! I am so disappointed that they would take my money and not have the decency to call and let me know what's going on.
We requested re-seeding early this year (2019) and paid for the service in full in April. We never received the service. I made several phone calls and had promises of getting the work done, but lit did not happen. In October I sent a letter asking for full refund and have not heard from Turf Pro since.
We utilized Turf Pro for a rental property and after only 2 applications there has been a noticeable difference. No weeds, much greener and bare patches beginning to fill in. After each application we receive an email to let us know what was done and recommendations. Would highly recommend.
I am writing this concern about Turf Pro after their unsatisfactory service on lawn treatments. More than a year ago they provided a treatment to the lawn, however, I was not happy with the quality of their service. Upon inquiry, they did not offer me explanation.
