First of all, this company answers their phone which I find most impressive!! I spoke with a very nice young woman who was most accomodating with a multitude of questions. She was extremely professional, resourceful and kind. It is not often that a company provides different options to make a potential customer happy. That was her main goal. Customer service is alive and well at Turf Ohio.

I have been with Turf Ohio for at least 15 years. I would and have recommended them to several people. Words that I would use to describe them are: Courteous, efficient, professional and always friendly. They do what they say they will do. They recommend what might need to be done. They do not push for sells. I get request every year from other providers to change, but I would not leave Turf Ohio. After all, if it's not broke, why fix it.
