Burned parts of my yard, applied plant growth regulator outside of guidelines -defeating the reason I purchased it in the 1st place. And when I called them at the 4 week mark to apply the PGR again because it was wearing off, it took a week and a half to get a response, defeating the reason I got the PGR in the 1st place. I could raise or reset my height of cut, but I shouldn’t have to.
