BEWARE! This company is sneaky and deceiving. We requested a repair visit and wanted to schedule a time so we would be home when they came. The owner Mary told me this would not be a problem and her technician would call me. She also drove the point home that her team does not have good luck doing repairs and usually just replace the entire system which runs about $700. Had an estimate done by this company, asked for best price and was given the best price claiming he was making very little on this job but he liked us, I said thank you and I would get back to them. I was then asked why? This made me uncomfortable I didn't feel that my answer required further conversation I felt like he was standing with his foot in my door.
