My experiences are not good espically with receptionist who is rude and condescending. I requested one of the employees to turn on and off my unit because he was efficient but answered door to someone else. No call and I could not get ahold of anyone but he did. The receptionist said they’re busy and that I should just let him do it. VERY POOR CUSTOMER APPERICATION!

I just had a big issue with the company owner. They put in parts that don't work and refuse to fix it because they don't service my area anymore. These parts have nothing to do with turning the sprinkler system on and off. They just won't stand behind their products. So now I have to spend another $400. to get the problem fixed. Is this the type of company you want to deal with?

One of their small transit vans sped up to cut me off while merging my truck and trailer, in a construction zone, durring traffic conditions. Then proceeded to do the same thing to other drivers who were merging onto 94 at multiple interchanges. I usually would not leave a review for such a thing, but when I called to let them know their vehicle labeled #2 was driving irradically in the right lane of a construction zone. I was hung up on. We have been using Turf Industries for years. They installed our sprinkler system and, every year, use them for winter shutdown and spring startup. They are always so dependable and contact us with schedule dates well in advance for both season's. They send notice the morning of the appointment, who will be the service provider. All of their technicians are dependable and professional. Their pricing is very fair, too.
