Great place to buy commercial grade equipment
I entered the store with a lawn mower belt I needed to replace. A very rude woman behind the counter immediately said "well that doesn't help me" referring to the fact I had the belt in my hand. So I looked over the belt and found a part number. She made no attempt to help me figure out what I needed. She punched away at her computer after I gave her the number And said the number meant nothing. I left and in about 2 seconds found the belt on Amazon using that very number. Took my snowblower there for a belt replacement. They replaced two belts. The other one was brand new. They told me I put it on wrong. It only goes one way! Got machine home and they made the shoot so it drifts on it’s own! It was fine when it went in. Cost was 225.00. I won’t be going back.
I bought a new snowblower and was extremely disappointed with it. I talked to the store manager and he was very understanding and helpful. Made sure that all my concerns were taken care of. In a world of very poor customer service I feel they went above and beyond to satisfy their customer. Thank you!
Turf depot with the hook up after the first blizzard of 2018. Lost one of the keys to my Briggs and Stratton engine, you know the small plastic safety key. Well I went in, forgot the model number of my engine but they figured it out. Two keys on the way. Thank you for the help.

Great experience with the staff in this store. After stopping at 3 other power equipment stores in the area, these guys were able to help me diagnose the issues with my snowblower and provide recommendations for repairing it on my own. I will definitely be back for my future power equipment purchases!!
Not exactly sure where these bad reviews are coming from. I've been dealing with Turf Depot for all this Fall season and they have been nothing but great! My company recently started to take on leaf removal jobs and these guys have been so helpful in getting us the right tools for the job, as well as how to use them. I will most definitely continue to shop there as well as recommend them to everyone.
